The PS-2 Semi-automatic microplate heat sealer has a compact design
and is easy to install. It can prevent sample loss and space
cross-contamination caused by liquid evaporation and leakage of
various microplates during the detection process by heat sealing
various special heat sealing films. Rapid heating, real-time
display of sealing temperature, automatic detection of microplate
height.
Features:

Safety:
1. The smart motor controls the access door. If the hand or other
objects obstruct the closing access door, the smart motor will
reverse to protect the user and the instrument.
2. With a special structure with smart design, the access door can
be separated from the instrument, so as to clean and maintain the
heating plate
Operation and control:
The Microplate Heat Sealer can be set up for all types of
microplates and sealing materials. The sealing time and temperature
can be set by the knob:
1. Plate time (in increments of 0.1s) and sealing plate temperature
(in increments of 1.0°C).
2. The sealing plate pressure can be adjusted to ensure the
stability of the sealing plate.
3. Automatic countdown function.
Energy saving:
1. Auto standby function saves energy. When there is no operation
for 60 minutes, the instrument enters standby mode, and the
temperature of the instrument is lowered to 60°C, saving energy.
2. When there is no operation within 120 minutes, the instrument
will enter the "deep sleep" mode, turn off the display screen, cut
off the power supply of the heating body, and only a weak current
will be supplied to the core components of the control board. Press
any key again, and the instrument will return to the working state.
