BN-8035 Laboratory Paper Rotary Rapid Dryer
The rotary dryer is a device specially used for the rapid drying of
thin sheet materials such as ordinary paper, synthetic fiber
functional paper (aramid paper/PET paper), inorganic fiber
composite materials, etc. It completes rapid drying through the
rotary structure of the drying cylinder. The cylinder body is made
of stainless steel, uses electric heating, and has a dual
temperature sensor control system.
This dryer is mainly used for drying thin sheet materials for
experimental. The built-in heating device can heat the drum surface
to the set temperature, place the sample on the conveying blanket,
and the drum rolls up the sample and delivers the dry paper after
half a turn. Designed with a very thick drum wall to accumulate
heat, which effectively prevents the temperature drop and uneven
temperature distribution caused by wet paper.
The rotary dryer is more suitable for enterprise R&D
departments or laboratory applications, material R&D
laboratories in colleges and universities, scientific research
applications in major research institutes, and quality inspections
by major quality supervision bureaus and inspection and quarantine
bureaus, etc.
